Shawn D. Forrest serves The Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pennsylvania, where he has advanced from Project Manager I and II to Senior Director of Facilities & Construction. In this role, he leads the Construction & Renovation Department, overseeing capital projects across six hospitals and 76 regional medical offices, with a portfolio exceeding $100 million.

Shawn directs all phases of project development—from strategic planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout—ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. He is responsible for implementing effective project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control practices to deliver high-quality facilities that support exceptional patient care throughout north-central Pennsylvania and upstate New York.

He holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In addition, Shawn brings extensive experience in building construction and construction code enforcement and holds multiple International Code Council (ICC) certifications in plan review and inspection.
