
Kaycee Shiskowsky is the Manager of Clinical Planning and Design at UCHealth in Colorado. With over 25 years of hospital nursing experience, including acute care and leadership roles, she now focuses on healthcare design and construction. Kaycee leverages her clinical and operational expertise to guide design decisions that enhance functionality and patient flow in new and renovated spaces. She has contributed to multiple hospital towers, medical office buildings, and clinical renovations, while also developing design standards to streamline processes across the system. Kaycee holds a BSN, MBA, and board certifications as a Nurse Executive and Nurse Coach through ANCC. She is Evidence-Based Design Certified and serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Healthcare Denver, continuing to advance research and best practices in healthcare design.
