Qusai Shikari is the Director of Healthcare Technology Management at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, leading the Medical Device and Technology Strategy, Planning, and Implementation Program. 

With over a decade in the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) profession, he began his career with the Veterans Health Administration in Boston, Massachusetts and Indianapolis, Indiana, driving technology planning and installations and managing the Biomedical Engineering service program. 

Qusai earned his master’s degree in Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also holds his professional certification in the US and is a Certified Clinical Engineer and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
