Facilities Management Track

Effective facilities management is the backbone of a safe, efficient, and cost-conscious operation. Without the right strategies in place, aging infrastructure, disjointed processes, and inefficiencies can lead to costly setbacks. The Facilities Management Track will explore how organizations can take control of their facility’s future by proactively addressing needs for deferred maintenance, leveraging asset tracking for smarter decision-making, and structuring teams for maximum efficiency.
