Gold Sponsors

This logo will be used on the ACE Summit website, mobile app, pre-event/promotional emails, and onsite signage.

  • Up to 50 words

Company Listing:

Include Company Name, Company Address, Contact Phone Number, Contact Fax (Optional), Contact Email Address, and Website

ACE Showcase Room Details:

With a Gold Sponsorship, your company has the option to host up to four sponsor events in a dedicated room during the following times –
Monday, 1.20.23 from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM & 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Tuesday, 1.21.23 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM & 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Sponsor events can include Product Showcases, Lunch N Learns or Focus Groups.

For each sponsor event (up to four) your company would like to hold, please submit the following…

  1. Day and Time Selection.
  2. Title & Description.
    Description should include the content that will be presented during the sponsor event.
  3. Target Audience.
    We can assist you in recruiting attendees for each of your sponsor events. The ACE Summit attendee roster will be provided to you for review and our team can provide guidance on sponsor event invitees.

** Note: The information provided will be added to the ACE Summit website.

Outside of your company’s sponsor events, you will have access to the room for the duration of the ACE Summit and have the option to utilize the room for private meetings.

Food and beverage orders for each scheduled sponsor event

Desired room setup request for each scheduled sponsor event

 

Private Meeting Room sessions (optional) -

Food and beverage orders for each private meeting session

**Note: While the ACE Summit covers the costs of breakfasts and lunch, some sponsors have chosen to offer specialty items such as popcorn, espresso bars, etc.
