Join us for a discussion on the complexities of changing equipment planning teams mid-project. We will discuss when and why these transitions are occurring, key challenges in transitioning medical equipment planners and steps for a smooth transition. Finally, the importance of selecting a medical equipment planning partner with a scope of services aligned to successfully meet all needs from early design through project completion.
Learning Objectives:
1. Understand Health System's need for change in resources: Attendees will learn key factors driving the Health System's need to identify an equipment planning team to support equipment validation, procurement, and logistics.
2. Recognize the challenges and requirements for a smooth transition: We will explore common obstacles and disruptions that may arise when bringing in a new team. Outline essential steps and best practices to ensure a seamless transition.
3. Select an Equipment Planning Partner: Identify key factors in selecting a medical equipment planning team that can support the project from early design through equipment procurement and deployment, to support a successful project completion.
