Frank Aucremanne
AVP of Medical Center Space and Facility Planning Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center | Columbus, OH

Frank became the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center’s associate vice president of Facilities in March 2020.

Frank has more than 30 years of facility experience, most recently at Cleveland Clinic, where he served as executive director responsible for real estate, planning, design, construction and maintenance of Cleveland Clinic’s national and international clinical and administrative infrastructure.

As a member of the Wexner Medical Center’s executive team, Frank works with senior leaders of the university and the medical center to ensure that space assignment, maintenance, planning, design, development and renovations are collaborative and well-integrated among all academic, research and clinic spaces in the medical center, the Ohio State Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute and all seven health science colleges.

Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer, a certified health care facility manager and certified health care constructor. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Frank served around the globe in the U.S. Navy and retired as a Navy captain.
