John Mohan is Senior Consultant in the Medical Planning Division with over 15 years of experience in the field. John has worked both sides of a project as an owner with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, as well as with a previous planning firm. John’s time working for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a Contract Manager allowed him to work with the internal procurement and installation team to assure that buildings were budgeted and fit out in as required by the end users while remaining within budget.
John’s history with a planning organization includes completing all aspects of the equipment planning process including budgetary, planning/specifying, procurement and installation services. John has delivered projects on time and under budget throughout his career, which includes combined equipment budgets of over $250-million.
