Scott’s strong strategic planning skills produce solid plans for upgrading existing facilities or full replacement facilities, through the development of multi-year capital budgets to acquire, upgrade, and replace equipment. His depth of knowledge in the imaging market is unmatched and spans his career starting with a sales executive role for a medical imaging equipment manufacturer. Scott has worked on some of the largest hospital projects in the world and brings his unique understanding of both the vendor and owner side of the table to each project. Prior to joining ADAMS, Scott led the largest medical equipment planning firm in the world.
